"Took 9 couples of friends (18 total) for a get away weekend and had an amazing time. Guys sat outside and watched football all day. Hot tub is huge and fireplace roared all weekend. Some of the best beds over slept in period. Even though we didn’t bring kids on this trip, they would have had a blast as well. Look forward to going back. It’s so close to everything in pigeon forge. "

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Gorgeous Home With Beautiful Views
The house is absolutely beautiful and in a prime and easily accessible location. Easy to book and check in and out. Quick response time when contacting the host. Highly recommend this home for large groups. Make sure to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. The front door is a little tricky to lock when exiting. The house does have bedrooms/bathrooms in the basement that are handicap accessible but it’s a steep incline to wheel around the back of the house to get into the main floor.
Great Place To Stay!
We stayed at the Pillars for our annual organizational retreat. The property was absolutely perfect. Each person had space to spread out, yet there was plenty of room for us to all come together to plan. I particularly enjoyed the size of the kitchen as I was the cook over the weekend. We did get 14" of snow while we were there, but the house was located close enough to the main road that we were able to get in and out without issue. The property managers were very responsive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful and fit our needs with 24 individuals. And it was close to everything. Several individuals walked to local shopping.
The Pillars Is Worth The Stay!
The Pillars is amazing! Enough room to host a large family vacation. The kids love the theatre/game room. Everyone enjoys the outdoor seating with either the fireplace or if warm enough the sprinklers for the kids. The large kitchen is suitable for cooking meals for everyone. The view is amazing. We are repeat customers and will definitely return again.
