Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Relaxing And Amazing
Everything was very clean. Almost everything worked (except the grill). The hot tub was very comfortable with a great view. The kids absolutely loved the pool especially the lights. The owners really thought of everything for kids, it came with pool toy and noodles, and extra bedding and a pack and play.
Not So Cozy
We stayed at this cabin a few weeks ago. While it appears to be a new property, the experience did not meet expectations and several issues need to be addressed.
The water pressure in the main floor bathroom was extremely low, making it difficult to take a proper shower. The living room furniture, although modern in appearance, was uncomfortable. The low-backed chairs made it difficult to relax.
The master closet on the first floor was being used as a storage space. It contained vacuums, non-working lamps, and other miscellaneous items that should not be in a guest-accessible area. This took away from the overall experience.
We also had concerns regarding security. The front door was difficult to lock and required pulling on it to engage properly. For the first couple of times leaving the cabin, we were not confident that it was actually secured. This created an unnecessary sense of vulnerability.
Construction trash hadnot been cleaned up and actually was trickiling down into the wooded area. Not a pretty site righ off the balcony.
The fire pit did not work. We reached out to request assistance, but no one responded or came to address the issue.
While the cabin has potential due to its location and view, it is not ready to deliver a comfortable or reliable guest experience in its current condition
